Ball valves maintenance free operation is
reached by the principle of the "floating ball" between
seals. The preloaded ball seats guarantee tightness even in
vacuum or low pressure conditions. Following the directions
of increasing pressure the ball is pushed to sit firmly into
the outlet seal. Therefore the ball valves are tight even at
highest operating pressure.

of 0.35 bar (standard) and 2 bar. Piston type for smaller size.
Optional 4,6,8,10 bar cracking pressure valves available upon
request.
Low pressure drop, metal to metal seat incorporating
machined cone/spool with hardened tip, working pressure up to
400 bar, zinc plate finish & optional blackened steel available
upon request.
Stainless steel
isolation valves
Stainless steel version to 35 Mpa, also available
with pneumatic actuator. Suitable for compressed gas using a
special seal kit.

Ball Valves
2 & 3 way
Maintenance free isolating (2way), changeover/isolating(3way)
ball valves with preloaded ball seats to prevent internal leakage.
The full body incorporates a nickel plated
steel ball and stem. The ball seal is supplied standard in polyamide
whilst the stem seal is nitrile.
Units for corrosive service, high pressure
and non-BSP connections are available upon request including
NPT, SAE, manifold mount.
